e Sharon Goddard White

Sharon’s practice focuses on financings, strategic business planning, technology licensing and transfer, corporate counseling, employment law counseling, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation and the preparation of annual and periodic disclosure documents. She provides counseling in the areas of protection of intellectual property and employment law. Sharon represents clients of all sizes, from start-up companies to mature public companies, and in a wide variety of industries, including high technology, fashion, retail and service companies and non-profit entities, such as child care centers. Sharon began her legal career at Brown Rudnick Freed & Gesmer from 1979 to 1985. Sharon became part of an in-house law department in 1985 and served in that capacity at Charles River Laboratories, Inc., Morse Shoe, Inc. and The Stride Rite Corporation from 1985 to 1996, concentrating in business law. From 1996 until recently, Sharon was a partner at White & McDermott, P.C. in Wellesley, Massachusetts. She received her B.A. degree from Smith College in 1976 and her J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1979.
