Jennifer joined White White & Van Etten in March, 2003. Her practice focuses on corporate law in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate finance, business start-ups and emerging growth companies. She began her practice in 1998 as a corporate associate with Crowell & Moring LLP in Washington DC and in 2000 joined Shaw Pittman LLP (now Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman), also in Washington DC. She received her B.S. degree from Cornell University in 1995, and her J.D. degree from George Washington University in 1998.
